受付の方の感じがとても良かった。新しくて綺麗。ロビーが広くて快適。コーヒーサービスや電子レンジも有り難い。ReFaのシャワーヘッド、ドライヤーは最高。場所も歓楽街から離れているけど駅から遠くなくて静かで良い。お風呂場(洗面台の裏)などとても綺麗に清掃されていた。
空調が強くて(エアコンの真下にベッドがあるため)調整がしづらく乾燥気味。チェックアウト時間を延長出来ないのは本当に辛い。電気が暗めでリアルな色味が分からず化粧しにくい。暗証番号キーは逆に不安。

スーパーホテルプレミアムと言うことで大浴場もあり室内も綺麗でした。
料金も休日前でしたが安かったです。
駐車場の予約が出来ず、近くの駐車場もほぼ満杯だったので歩いて15分程度の所に停めました。
もう少し駐車台数が稼げる施設に出た方が良いかなと。

朝食が良かった。スタッフの対応が良かった。気楽に過ごせた。
室内のパンフレットに書いてあることと違うことがあった。
例：タブレットがあると書いてあったが、なかった。他の客が持っていったかも知れないと思って、スタッフに聞いたら 今はおいてませんとの返事だった。

Good location from the station.
Very clean and the amenities were great - complete with a pillow bar.
For women they give you a selection of lots of different facial products so you can really go there empty handed to stay a night, very convenient.
Very smooth check-in/check-out process. Minimal queueing / human contact
The walls were a little bit thin. I think from some of the rooms you can hear the trains.
But I think this is expected for that location and price range.
