Wonderful and enjoyable

The apartment is very comfortable with great views. Good custlery to cook yourself. Pool and sauna's are great. Very kind and flexible staff to help us. The "1978"restaurant servs good food, albeit in a special Swedish style.

You have to walk 10 minutes ot the lift, but the free van is usually available (until 6 PM)

Fantastic spacious apartments with everything included. Well equipped kitchen en beautiful styled. The staff is excellent and very friendly. We had a great time! Thank you so much ✨

Great Apartments in a wonderful place :-)

Our stay in Mountain SPA was wonderful. Apartment was great, equipment was new and the most important: all staff was so nice that we feld at home. We used sauna and swimming pool every day :-) Thanks for Your TEAM, we waiting to come back next year :-)

Hotel stay 10 min walk from city and nearest ski-lift. But this was not a problem because hotels bus drove us to lift and to city :-)

Fantastic stay with great staff.

Staff were fantastic and always very accommodating. Special thanks to Mark the driver who couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely new apartments with great views and tasteful decor. Beautiful pool and spa area with relaxed atmosphere and no enforced nudity in saunas like many Austrian hotels. Tried the restaurant one night and food was amazing. Great experience overall.

There was no breakfast available and nearest shops are 20 minute walk so it took nearly an hour just to get fresh croissants etc. Very limited options in resort for breakfast or snacks. It would be easy in peak season to have a morning bakery delivery to hotel. Shuttle van was a big help as was the free locker storage in Intersport but that closes at 6:30pm so you had to walk home in ski boots after Apres ski or get €25 taxi. Not the fault of hotel but you need to plan each day carefully. We ended up with no shoes one day but worth it for the great party at Crazy Kangaroo and Moosewirt on the last slope.

Great skiing holiday in St Anton

Lovely, spacious apartment, excellent restaurant and very good spa. Sauna was never crowded. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Excellent apartments, away from crowds, walking distance to Nasserein

Staff were friendly, everything as advertised, spa area was excellent, warm pool, steam room and sauna, with tea and lounging area. Shuttle was often helpful although required us to phone or notify reception in advance so was less useful to us to return to hotel, as we had no way to make outgoing calls on our international mobile data package. We usually walked home (10 min). Accommodation was excellent, rooms were warm and well furnished, kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great stay.

Treatments (eg. massages) were expensive. Pool temperature was slightly warm but hot tub would have been great. Entire spa area closed early (8pm). Would have liked to have it open later so we could enjoy it after dinner. Perhaps a mid-week clean and restock of the apartment (toilet paper, towels) would be useful as we were there for 7 days and had to change towels at reception and fetch toilet paper from reception. The above did not greatly detract from our stay.

Super hotel

Stunning view from the room. Spacious rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.the pool is clean and the water in it is very warm. We are happy that we rested here.

Great service and beautiful views

Really friendly staff, they couldn't have been more kind of helpful. Especially Nico at the front desk. The spa area was nice to use after a long day of hiking. The apartments are fantastic, really spacious and well-equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the view was just lovely. There's also a guest laundry room which is super convenient. It's also great that you can get the summer card included with your stay to do guided hikes and other activities. It is worth noting that the walk into town isn't a short one - but it's great because you can get electric scooters into town from a parking bay near the hotel which makes it a lot easier and faster (down from 25 min walk to a 5 min ride).

The etiquette of other guests in the spa area was disappointing - people were repeatedly not respecting the rules, entering the sauna and steam room in their swimwear (which makes it very uncomfortable for those who are indeed respecting the rules). Some groups of people were also leaving all the doors open of the different spa rooms, letting out the hot air, and talking loudly and continuously in the relaxation room. I tried to report this to reception but the reception was shut on this particular evening. I'm sure they would have helped if they could.

Outstanding family holiday!

We had an outstanding family ski holiday (two adults, two teenagers). Booked two bedroom apartment. Exceeded our expectations. We will be booking again! 1. Spacious, beautifully designed rooms with mountain views and well stocked kitchen (felt like new appliances, dinnerware and utensils). Photos don’t do it justice. 2. Superb facilities with beautiful spa area (multiple saunas, steam room, indoor and outdoor pool) which we used every day. Molten Brown products a bonus. 3. Quiet location up the hill with a hotel shuttle service in mornings/afternoons which worked well (we rarely waited). Option to take free public bus which stops five mins walk away. 4. And the most charming staff which made our stay special and memorable. I can not applaud them enough - welcoming, charming, responsive and genuine. The staff made the difference between a very good and a great accommodation.

More of a note rather than a dislike. The two grocery stores are at the other end of the valley (15-20 mins walk with limited hours over weekend). We arrived late on a Sat so did a rush shop to get us through to Mon. If you don’t have a car, you will be walking (or taking a bus). It wasn’t a problem but I would have planned better. No on-site restaurant/bar but two local restaurants five mins walk. And if your teenagers are dojng late night apres-ski or clubbing at the other end of valley, they will be taking a cab! Again, more fyi than a dislike.
