Beautiful views from a quaint property

This is a lovely little property with some amazing views. Very clean and tidy with all the essential things needed for a self catering stay. Our host Sabrina was lovely and provided lots of helpful local information. We used public transport to get around and although this property isn’t close to a bus stop it is within an easy walking distance along a fairly flat footpath so that was a big bonus for us.

The bed was a little too firm for me but that is a personal preference

Wonderful apartment! The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very large and spacious. Immaculately clean. Has everything you need for an extended stay. The wonderful hostess has a fresh baked breakfast loaf and a fruit bowl with local assortment of ripe fruit as well as orange juice, water and milk. Don’t hesitate to book here. The location and view are perfect!

Amazing

Host - amazing. Helped us with arranging transportation to the Villa and was there waiting for our arrival to welcome us. Villa has beautiful views, is very clean and worth every penny. The host kindly had some chilled water and orange in the fridge, with cake and fruit ready in the kitchen area. The garden terrace provides lovely views and the opportunity to relax. Bedroom and bathroom perfect for what we needed. Slightly out of the hustle and bustle of Ravello which was perfect for us also.

Villa and Host were fantastic couldnt have asked for more. Just be aware of the limitations of transport in the Amalfi/Ravello area.

Superb

The hostess was in regular contact & even helped us with the location of where to park our car and was awaiting our arrival. The property is located in a beautiful part of the city and the views are amazing. The weather was incredibly hot when we arrived but we were well looked after with the AC. There is good amount of room at the property and the bathroom is lovely with good water pressure in the shower. There is not enough nice things I can say about our experience, would definitely recommend for both the property & the hostess!

Wonderful place and a wonderful host.

Beautiful apartment, large space with beautiful views up the hill from ravello. The host is amazing and thorough and checked in with us every day to make sure we were ok. Even baked a cake and gave us fresh fruit!

Only small thing (and very small) was there was a road between the garden and the views which we didn’t realise.

home away from home - BUT in ROMANTIC Italy!!!

firstly, the owner was so kind and considerate. she was helpful all throughout our trip. Whether it be helping us call taxis, order motorbikes ect! and she had left cake and fruit and juice and milk there for us upon arrival. a sweet and thoughtful gesture. there’s great facilities like the kitchen, laundry ect! comfy bed. it’s nice walking to Ravello Center.

I cannot recommend Sabrina's Villa more. It exceeded all my expectations

Sabrina met us at the villa and had organized a cab ride for us from the airport. As we were arriving late in the evening she had kindly bought us groceries as requested and baked the most delicious lemon cake ive ever tasted! On top of that she let me see both villas so I could choose the one that served me best, which was so so kind. She really goes out of her way to make sure you have the loveliest of stays. The Villa has lovely touches in addition to being really tastefully decorated like the lit stairs to the garden and the additional optional blue light that adds a lovely hue in the bathroom which has a great roomy shower. The garden has a breathtaking view and you can take a lovely walk into Ravello or take the steep but rewarding steps down to Minori, or there are buses to Amalfi and the seaside towns and ferries to Portofino. All are lovely but I honestly loved Ravello the most. The beds were super comfortable too. I have wanted to go to the Amalfi coast for ages and it really was everything I hoped for, Thank you Sabrina for making us so welcome.

The best place for rest and relaxation

Gelsomina Villa has quiet surroundings and excellent views on the upper hill of the Ravello. The host was very kind. The house was clean and charming. Street parking is also available. Very satisfied and recommend the most.

The bus stop is 10~15min walking distance.

I cannot recommend staying here enough! We truly had the most amazing stay at Villa Gelsomina! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed. So clean and very beautifully decorated. Everything seems brand new. The view over Maiori from the terrasse is breathtaking! we spent many evenings enjoying a glass of wine on the sunbeds with enchanting lights hanging in the tree. But the best part of Villa Gelsomina is Sebrina! Sebrina is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. My luggage was late from our airport at home and it took 6 days before it arrived at the airport in Napoli. She organized the transport of the luggage to the apartment and was in contact with people at the airport the entire week! She saved me from so much stress and made sure it would be picked up in Napoli by someone she knew. She will give you the best recommendations and her hospitality will make you want to return. There is no doubt in my mind; we will be back! 💗

You will find everything and very good quality in this apartment. There are even bathrobes. If you are by car, there is free parking nearby. We were very late and arrived at night, but we were greeted after we had problems with this next destination, and the owner gave us a very good discount for one more day stay. And the gift we received at check-in was really a generous plate of tomatoes, a plate of fruit, milk, limoncello

Herrlich

Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber und ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Dusche groß und gut. Ich hatte die untere Wohnung. Sie hat einen Abstellraum für Koffer, Schuhe etc., sehr praktisch. Beide Räume haben eine Klimaanlage, die auch heizen kann (ich war Im November dort). Im Bad ist ein Heizkörper (dieser, an dem man Handtücher aufhängen kann). Es gibt genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Vor der unteren Wohnung ist eine bewachsene Pergola, die etwas Licht wegnimmt (im hellen Süden nicht so wesentlich), aber im Sommer sicher herrlichen Schatten spendet. Zur Begrüßung gab es einen Obstteller und einen Kuchen, sowie Wasser, Saft, laktosefreie Milch, Kaffeepulver, Sugo, Pasta, so dass man nicht sofort einkaufen gehen muss. In Ravello gibt es, auch ganz in der Nähe, viele Tante-Emma-Läden und Gemüsegeschäfte. Einkaufen ist also unproblematisch. Ravello ist im November herrlich. Nicht überlaufen, aber auch nicht tot. Immer noch sehr angenehmes Wetter. Ich bin viel gewandert. Die Wohnung ist fast am Ortsausgang Richtung Berge. Bis zum Dom oder der Villa Rufolo braucht man zehn Minuten zu Fuß (Bürgersteig und Beleuchtung vorhanden, tolle Ausblicke). Die Wohnung kann mit dem Auto angefahren werden. Sie liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße, die nicht stark befahren ist. Sarina ist eine sehr engagierte Gastgeberin, die einem gerne hilft, z. B. mit Restauranttipps.

Der Garten ist entgegen meiner Vermutung nicht direkt an der Wohnung, sondern nebenan, hoch gelegen, über eine Treppe zu erreichen (er ist auch nicht an der Wohnung oben)
