Parking and Wristband Information:
Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign in the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.
Important Parking Policies:
Scooters are not permitted on site.
Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.
Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.
During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.
Parking Fees: The parking fees are determined by the duration of the guest's stay. The guest will need to input both their check-in and check-out dates into the app, and complete all required fields. Registration will be based on the vehicle's license plate.
Each unit is permitted two vehicles.
Overflow parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability, and must be purchased at the time of check-in.
Parking is valid until 12:00 PM on the check-out date.
If there are any issues with the registration in the online portal, guests should contact security for assistance in completing their registration.

Loved the location, loved the condo and the facilities! Everything was clean, the condo, building and pool . Very quiet, and relaxing time . Vacasa made everything easy we even extended our stay with no problems! Will definitely be back next October!!

This is the second time I have used Vacasa. The experience has pretty much made me look at using them first every time. The unit at 1210 was very roomy, good amenities, very clean, and everything in working condition. We had a great time and check in/ check out was flawless.

We loved that there was plenty of room, especially the wrap around balcony. Furniture and appliances nice and up to date. Only bad thing about this rental was the housekeeping. There was sand in my bed when I turned the covers down. So washed all linen before laying down the first night. The floors had not been swept or cleaned and multiple dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Other than the lack of housekeeping, we loved it!! Would stay again
