Parking and Wristband Information:
Guests are required to access the online portal through the Community Boss website. Detailed access instructions will be provided in the unit, located on the sign in the hallway entrance in this unit and each parking spot. Please note that guests must enter a valid phone number during registration.
Important Parking Policies:
Scooters are not permitted on site.
Motorcycles are allowed, with a maximum of three motorcycles per parking space, provided they have valid registration.
Trailers and boats must be parked in the overflow lot.
During Bike Week: Guests must check in with the Homeowners Association (HOA) to receive free motorcycle parking. However, guests will still be required to pay for truck and/or trailer parking.
Parking Fees: The parking fees are determined by the duration of the guest's stay. The guest will need to input both their check-in and check-out dates into the app, and complete all required fields. Registration will be based on the vehicle's license plate.
Each unit is permitted two vehicles.
Overflow parking is available for an additional charge, subject to availability, and must be purchased at the time of check-in.
Parking is valid until 12:00 PM on the check-out date.
If there are any issues with the registration in the online portal, guests should contact security for assistance in completing their registration.

This property is very nice. Walk to beach is super short. Just an elevator ride down to pool and 100 feet to beach. I will stay here again!

For the most part, everything was great. We did have some issues with our parking passes not being there, but that situation was rectified. We enjoyed the week very much, both the condo & the view are fabulous. Hooks in the bathrooms would be a nice addition.We were sad not to be able to book this condo for next year, since the rental cost doubles in price. )o:

The condo was clean when we arrived and smelled fresh. It was a bit dated but most things were in good working order and the view was fabulous. The only drawbacks were: the recliner…it was horribly stained and looked dirty, the master hair dryer wasn’t working, and the master bed was awful. We weren’t even able to sleep on it. There were large dips and it felt broken and lopsided. Thankfully, it was just the two of us so we were able to use one of the beds in the second bedroom. The master bed was not just uncomfortable but IMO unusable. We could get pasted the dated decor and broken hair dryer but the condition of the master bed will keep us from booking this unit again, which is a shame.
