Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 23.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was clean and very inviting.It was very spacious and accommodating.The view off the balcony was spectacular. That was probably my favorite feature of the home.

I loved everything about my stay. Kitchen was clean we had access to pots and pans, only thing I paid for a 2 bedroom and got a 1 bedroom. I was refunded my half which was good becasue they could have just taken my money but they didn’t. Check in was smooth. Only thing I didn’t recommend was the room being on the 23rd floor w/ you g children. Overall great stay will be staying again.

We had some issues the night we checked in. The air never got cooler than 78 degrees, the floor of the condo was very dirty. Our grandbaby was filthy after about 10 minutes of crawling. The drain in the hall bath didn't drain and there was no plug in the master bath. The balcony door didn't lock. I addressed these things with Vacasa and they sent someone the next day to fix the air and the drain. They were nice and apologetic. They said they just acquired that unit and they haven't done a deep clean or maintenance on it yet. I would think that should have been done before the unit was rented. It definitely needs some updates. The couches were stained, walls and doors needed paint and general attention. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Washer and dryer worked well. Beautiful view. There was an issue at first with the complimentary beach chairs 2 of the days, but in the end they gave them to us. The public areas of the resort were clean and well kept. All staff were friendly. The parking/elevator/walkover was a little inconvenient and time consuming, but I don't think there is much they can do about that. I would stay at Tidewater again, but not that condo unless they do some cleaning/updating.
