Tidewater Beach Resort is an astounding place for you to base yourself as you explore the Florida panhandle, Panama City Beach & the Emerald Coast! This 26th floor condo is incredibly inviting after long days at the beach playing in the surf and catching rays. You will absolutely love your private balcony views of the water and sands as well as the full kitchen where you can whip up a tasty snack. Settle down in the evening and watch a movie on the 50” flatscreen TV in the living room. This home has everything you need for an excellent stay including central AC and WiFi. Recent updates include new shower doors.
Utilize the outdoor and indoor pools on-site as well as the fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, theater, game room, and shared grill. Pier Park is just a mile away in addition to many restaurants and bars. And of course, the complex is just steps from the beach!
THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 26.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed my time here. The beach service being included is a definite perk, and was greatly enjoyed! While you still need to get in line early to make sure you get the row/area you want, not having to carry chairs and an umbrella down to the beach every day is extremely convenient. The unit itself was exactly as pictured, more than enough room for my stay, and was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, and the ice maker filled my personal sized cooler perfectly each day. Only slight inconvenience was the elevator situation, but once you figure out the “peak times”, it’s very easy to plan around them and get quick elevator service. Will definitely come back and stay, this time for more than 4 nights!

Pros: Beautiful ocean view from the 26th floor, the bed and couch were very comfortable, the furniture was nice but needs drink coasters for the LR, having a large refrigerator with water/ice dispenser was a definite plus
Cons: The elevator is right outside the bedroom so it is a little noisy; the light coming thru the bedroom window was bright and definitely needs black out curtains: this unit needs a pizza pan and cutter as many families eat in... overall, I would stay here again.

The view is excellent. The condo was clean and was very quiet. Our family enjoyed the place as the amenities were great and the place was comfortable.

Love the view! The elevators really need to get worked on far is not stopping at every floor when nobody's there when it stops Love to walk across from second floor I like the chairs come with the room
