The property itself is beautifully designed - traditional and modern at the same time. The location is super convenient for visiting the nearly towns, and at the same time it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The breakfast was super delicious. The host, Francesca, is amazing - bubbling with energy and serving all the good, natural products of her masseria.

Pietra Pesara is a wonderful place, located just down the road from Locorotondo. Francesca is an incredible host and made our stay very special. The grounds are beautiful and the Trullo we stayed in was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults + toddler). We’d come back in a heartbeat!

It is a beautiful property and Francesca is a wonderful host. She gets up at 5AM every day to make all of the pastries and breads that are part of the incredible breakfast buffet table. She has a wealth of information about the area and can help with recommendations and reservations. We stayed 5 days and used this as a base for day trips to Polignano al Mare, Monopoli, Ostuni, Alberobello, Cisternino and Grottaglie as well as the Terre di San VInto winery.

Breakfast was incredible. Francesca makes a new spread of food every day from local ingredients grown on her property. Delicious.
