the staff was very nice, she let is leave the luggage and when we came to the place the luggage were inside, the AC was on for us and overall very nice place to stay spacious and clean
the shower head wasn’t staying in place but it didnt bother me at all compared to the other positive stuff

everything! location is perfect! the supermarket, subway and the centre are near. The flat is big and comfortable, very clean and good 😍 There was free tea and coffee. The street is quiet, you can go out at night without fear. The host Gloria is amazing person. She makes everything more comfortable.

The woman in charge was very lovely and helpful. She recommended me a great restaurant for carbonara near-by. The apartment was great as well, nice facilities and clean!
The location is convenient if you're planning to take trains from Rome Termini. However, it's quite far away from most of the main atractions in Rome.

Property looked like the pictures and was a good value for the cost. Liked that they had coffee/tea in the general area.
The restroom smelled strongly of sewage and moisture, especially when the upstairs neighbors would flush their toilets. The shower head also seemed to be malfunctioning with very poor water pressure.
