Maneira simples de entrar na propriedade. Quarto limpo. Ar condicionado bom. Host bem receptivo.
Achei a localização mediana. Sabia que não era central, mas também não é muito perto do metrô. Se prepare para caminhar um pouco. Também acho que poderia ficar mais claro que é um apartamento dividido com mais três quartos. Ou seja, é um apartamento dividido em três. Achei caro para a proposta.

La posizione è comoda per la vicinanza al luogo di lavoro dove dovevo recarmi. La persona che si occupa delle strutture è un giovane molto disponibile, pronto a risolvere gli inconvenienti. Comodi il frigo e la zona comune. La camera (non quella prenotata in origine in quanto inagibile) è ampia e comoda.
La camera prenotata era fuori uso (comunicato il giorno prima), dopo una prima notte in un'altra struttura, mi è stata assegnata un'altra camera all'ibiscus con il bagno fuori stanza (senza aria condizionata, odori di scarico). Per compensazione, mi è stata scontata la tassa di soggiorno.
