Willa Anna to świetne miejsce na pobyt w Ustroniu. Położona jest w cichej lokalizacji, a jednocześnie w centrum miasta. Obiekt jest zadbany, czysty, gwarantuje smaczne śniadania i komfortowy pobyt. Do tego ma wspaniałą obsługę. Polecam. :)

Pobyt z córką ukierunkowany na zwiedzanie, więc nie przebywałyśmy w willi zbyt wiele, ale zauważyłam, że obiekt jest bardzo czysty, wystrój, dekoracje, wszystko tworzy estetyczną całość. Widać, że personel dba o porządek i czystość. Rankiem słychać z pobliskiego domostwa gęsi i inne stworzenia, człowiek czuje się jak u babci na wsi. Na śniadaniu młoda dziewczyna bardzo zaangażowana, pracowita i świetnie wszystko ogarniająca.
Całość odbioru troszkę zepsuło podejście pani z recepcji z narzekaniem na swoją pracę. Pracuję dokładnie na tym samym stanowisku co ta Pani i uważam, że nie powinno się Gościom opowiadać że źle się czuję w swoim miejscu pracy. Drugi mały minus to stare bułki na śniadaniu. Choć całe śniadania były pyszne i świeże, to jednak bułki zupełnie czerstwe, co jeszcze zrozumiałabym w niedzielę, natomiast w środku tygodnia można kupić pieczywo od 6 rano.
