This is a beautiful space! I loved staying here... the rooms are massive decorated nicely (like staying in an old mansion). The shared kitchen/living room is a great bonus... I had tea/coffee up there multiple times and met some nice guests, and it's very well stocked. Communication is very fast and thorough; the staff are so kind and accommodating. They have converted this old house into a really lovely hotel, and I can definitely recommend.
The location is a little outside of the city center, but it's in a nice, residential neighborhood (and very quiet). I would recommend taking public transit/taxis as walking everywhere will wear you out.

Nice set of apartments with clean modern bathroom

Communal kitchen area was spacious
easy to park outside the apartment

Tram/bus stop nearby
A/C works very well (and is needed in summer in Bucharest)
The sofa bed in one of the apartments has a metal rod right down the centre. You can only use have the "bed" as you cannot lay across that rod without feeling it right in your back
Not a lot of equipment in the kitchen (we had one apartment with kitchen included)
Not the owners fault but some of the other guests decided to have a drink/smoke/chat on our doorstep on one of the nights

Il secondo giorno ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza ed era molto meglio. Anche piu' pulita
La prima notte ci hanno assegnata una camera nel seminterrato, poco pulita, con bagno pieno di muffa, quando facevi la doccia si allagava tutta la camera, un odore di muffa per tutta la stanza e c'erano capelli ovunque
Gli asciugamani erano bagnati e non profumavano di pulito
