Loved my stay. Was really sad to leave

If you were to stay, you would probably need a car to hire. The taxis are very expensive

Very relaxing, cosy just really nice

Very cosy house, private pool everything you might need, we wanted to use the bbq but with the hot weather it could cause a fire, instead we got offered to use the electric bbq from the hostess. The sweetest lady ever!!! She also gave us so many recommendations for places to go!!

The only thing that might be considered is travel and how you will do it, we used busses but you could also rent scooters, bc of the hills walking might be a bit exhausting if you carry groceries. Most markets are closed on Sunday same for busses.

Charmant aber mit einigen zusätzlichen Regeln

Wirklich charmante Unterkunft mit eigenem Zitronenhain vor der Türe. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus nebenan und ist sehr nett und angenehm und liess uns Privatsphäre, obwohl der Pool bei ihr vor dem Haus ist, hatten wir ihn immer für uns allein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Die Dusche war sehr unkomfortabel, in der Eckbadewanne und ohne Halterung für die Brause. Das Doppelbett wird tagsüber verstaut und ist für zwei Personen, die kein Paar sind, eher klein. Zudem ist die Matratze sehr hart. Viele Hausregeln erwarteten uns erst kurz vor der der Ankunft, wurden jedoch beim Inserat nicht kommuniziert, was wir nicht optimal fanden: die Klimaanlage darf nicht tiefer als 25 Grad gestellt werden und muss ausgeschaltet werden, wenn man das Haus verlässt, benötigt aber etwas lange um das Haus zu kühlen wenn man zurückkommt. Man durfte nicht mehr als 3 elektronische Geräte gleichzeitig nutzen, usw. Zudem ist die Lage etwas ungünstig, wenn man kein Fahrzeug hat, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig und die nächste Hauptstrasse für Taxis ist auch gut 20min zu Fuss entfernt und hügelig. Wer kein Auto oder Roller mieten möchte, sollte nicht diese Unterkunft buchen.

Exceptional

The location is amazing, it is in a very quiet area just outside Corfu town. It has a marvellous fruit trees garden that assures full privacy from the outside, and the house is clean and very well equipped for anything you need The position, being in the middle of the island, is perfect if you want to visit Corfu from north to south or stay near the town/airport. Kathia, the host, is super kind and available for any kind of info (like best bakeries/restaurants or where to go in general) We really loved our staying... the place is so romantic, perfect for couples.
