Superbe terrasse roof top. Possibilité de faire sa lessive. Cuisine et frigo a disposition. Idéal pour un séjour prolongé. Propriétaire et personnel serviable arrangeant et honnête. Emplacement parfait, avec toute commodités aux alentours. Boulangerie, restaurants, magasins. En bref, nous avons adoré.

La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, mais on risquerais de changer de catégorie de prix. Le tapis de douche pas à notre goût, sera notre seul vrai remarque négative.

The host Antonio is amazing. If needed, he will personally drive you to and from the airport. He's always available for either a quick chat or a call for help. This is my second time in Praia, and the second time in this apartment - enjoyed the experience both times. Terra Branca is a busy but otherwise very local part of the city, you can feel like a native there after a couple of weeks. You get access to a roof where the entire panorama of the city emerges. The views there are stunning.

I didn't manage the kitchen stove to work, but that might be on me.

The owner, Antonio, although not proficient in English, is very nice and welcoming. I had to transfer apartments after one day, and he was more than willing to help with everything, starting with a different way of opening doors, and ending with providing a way to watch the Super Bowl. The balcony on top opens an amazing view of the city, you can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from your own apartment.

There were not pans in the first apartment, but besides that, everything was awesome.

The place was very clean.
