The outdoor pool, proximity to beach & local shopping centre.
We had the street view & noise from surrounding hotels went on well into the early hours of the morning so a good night's sleep was not possible.

Too many large groups drinking in the pool and no staff visible to stop them.

The pool and staff were great, beds were comfy and room were clean although needs updating as there was stains around the walls.
States they do not accommodate hen do’s and group booking yet was full of big groups and hen do’s. Location wasn’t ideal. Was woken all 3 nights by bangs on the door by hen do, running down the corridor and knocking on doors, one night the door was somehow opened and reception staff couldn’t explain how this could happen but said it’s happened before. We were on holiday with our little baby so was not pleased about the whole situation.
