地理位置在市中心，非常方便。 客房的公共区域也比较宽敞舒适，厨具略少，但基本满足使用。 民宿是上百年的建筑，外观及公共部分（如楼道等）相对破旧，但室内的装修还是可以的。
插座比较松，充电时插头容易脱落。如果有延长线插板会更方便。

First of all location was great and it helped to walk around center of city comfortably. Owner of apartment was very helpful, and her dog was awesome.

Приятная хозяйка, всегда на связи и готова помочь в любой момент. Хорошее расположение, отличный вид из окна и очень милая собака 😍
Здание выглядит аварийным, немного страшно там находиться. Комната нуждается в ремонте, постельное белье из синтетики и бьется током, нет одеяла, пододеяльник с дырками. Полотенца тоже с пятнами. Странный запах повсюду. Интересное решение в душе… нет душевой кабины, а лейка расположена прямо над розеткой🙈 В момент моего проживания не было воды с обеда по трех ночи, даже унитаз не смыть
