Great Host, Great Location, Great Apartment!

From the moment of the booking until the final goodbye, the communication was prompt, courteous, and incredibly helpful. This is truly one of those rare cases where all three key elements—the host, the apartment, and the location—are exceptional. Angelo is a fantastic host. He waited for us late at night to personally hand over the keys and even went the extra mile by arranging for his friends at a nearby restaurant to serve us, even though they were just about to close. Throughout our stay, he was always easy to reach and ready to help with any questions or needs we had. The apartment itself is immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully designed—everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. And the location couldn’t be better: it’s literally a 5-minute walk from the harbor, making it perfect for exploring the area. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with a thoughtful host in a perfect location.

Malcesine and the host Angelo - two pleasant memories. We will come back.

Malcesine is a wonderful location, as is Riva del Garda which we have visited in previous years. The host Angelo is a special person, he waited for us upon arrival, accompanied us to the parking lot, helped us with our luggage, gave us a discount for parking and meals at a partner restaurant in the area, gave us advice useful information about Malcesine. I communicated easily with Angelo via mobile, WhatsApp, email. The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, equipped with everything you need, located in a quiet area, but very close to the lake. We felt just like home.

The temperature at the air conditioner cannot be set by the customers, only by the host at the request of the customers.

A great stay in the Donatello apartment. Great location in the center. High standard of equipment, air conditioning well functioning in very hot days during our stay, clean and well organized apartment. Owner very friendly. There was no problem despite the late arrival and excellent dinner with wine was waiting..

Nothing concerning our stay)). I may have misunderstood but there were additional cleaning fees and taxes that I thought were included in the price

Rundum zufrieden!

Die Lage direkt am Hafen ist natürlich gigantisch. Angelo der Vermieter ist überaus nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung war sauber und völlig ausreichend.

Der einzige Nachteil der Lage war, das die Gastros in der Umgebung natürlich bis spät „Lärm“ verursacht haben. Auch muss man damit rechnen, das der Eismann gegenüber in der Früh um 6 zu arbeiten beginnt.

Gute Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel in bester Lage! Die zentrale Lage in Malcesine ermöglichte es uns, alle Ziele leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.Einziger kleiner Nachteil: kein eigener Parkplatz. Aber dank Angelo, der sich sehr bemühte, konnten wir problemlos einen Parkplatz in der Nähe finden.Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Entspannend und stressfrei.

Wir wurden persönlich sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, und alles wurde erklärt. Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut erreichbar, und sie bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Hier ist man im Zentrum des Geschehens und gleichzeitig hat man nicht weit zum Strand und den Geschäften. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack konzipiert. Da sieht man, dass sich der Eigentümer sehr viel Gedanken gemacht hat. Sehr angenehm war, dass draußen die Hitze herrschte und viele Touristen rumgelaufen sind, was normal ist, betrat man das Haus, war es kühl und ruhig. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Unsere Erwartung hatte die Unterkunft vollkommen erfüllt.

das Appartement ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt ausreichend Platz und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Angelo, der Hausherr war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, direkt im Zentrum - daher kann es nachts aber auch recht laut werden.

Wunderschön, wie nach Hause kommen.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wunderbar ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr zentral im Ort, so hat man sehr kurze Wege. Zum Hafen sind es lediglich 50 m. Die Wohnung kann man nur sehr empfehlen.

Durch die zentrale Lage kommt es öfters zu Nachtlärm.

Tolles Appartement im Zentrum von Malcesine mit gewissen Lärmbelästigungen, die man kennen muss. Ansonsten sehr schönes

Tolle Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Angelo (Vermieter) super hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp immer erreichbar.

Gegenüber der Zimmer befindet sich eine Eismanufaktur; zwischen 6 Uhr und 8 Uhr muss mit erhöhtem Lärm gerechnet werden - Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist in dieser Zeit nicht möglich. Auch ein Pub in unmittelbarer Nähe sorgt an manchen Tagen für etwas schlaflose Nächte.

Die Lage war sehr zentral nur einen Steinwurf vom Hafen in einer kleinen Gasse. Das Appartment im ersten Stock ist hübsch eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Von Geschirr bis Gewürze war alles da, was man braucht. Vermieter Angelo holte uns vom Treffpunkt ab und kümmerte sich um einen Parkplatz, half mit dem Gepäck. Der Ein- und Auscheck war unkompliziert und pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin. An der Wohnung war nichts auszusetzen.

Dass es nachts in den Gassen zuweilen etwas lauter wird, muss man bei der zentralen Lage wohl hinnehmen und einfach die Fenster schließen.

Die Unterkunft ist in super zentraler Lage in Malcesine. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Alles sehr sauber, man denkt, man ist Erstbezieher der Unterkunft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem auch für große Menschen. Verhältnismäßig günstige Parkmöglichkeit in der Nähe.

Bei offenen Fenstern recht laut durch die Eismanufaktur (tägliche Eisproduktion von ca. 6 - 8 Uhr) und den Rock-Club in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sind die Fenster geschlossen, kann man trotzdem gut schlafen.
