Pleasant overall stay despite the issues in the room.

Nice central location

Unfortunately the lights didn’t work in the room and the shower head didn’t hold itself. There was barely any space to sit on the toilet, with the wall just in front. Some repairs are required.

A lovely 2 night stay in a traditional French hotel.

We liked everything: location was great. Room, bedlinen, towels all clean. Towels cleaned daily. Staff at breakfast keen to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was well shuttered. Free Parking.

Hotel was of a traditional type and construction with narrow passage ways and doors. Soon got used to it! Nothing stood out as not to like overall.

That our $$ has been promised to be refunded 100%.

We did not stay after seeing this place . We requested two beds on suite & were shown a room with a bed /sink /shower all in one room . Zero privacy. The while building was a death trap if there was a fire. It was old, dirty, dingy, poorly lite, locked up when we got there, had to wait around for someone to turn up to let us in. Defiantly not up to safety codes . Pushy owner as they tried convinced us to stay.

So much nicer than an impersonal chain of hotels!

I loved the feeling of being in the centre of a thriving market town next to the beach, in a typically French hotel with its own restaurant frequented by local French people. The rooms were comfy and we all slept well. We loved the view of the town from our bedrooms where we could see the outdoor market being set up each morning. The restaurant is incredibly good and our group of seven all found things to eat that we enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was eaten outside on the terrace. Croissants, plenty of bread, butter and jams and plenty of coffee with hot milk. All in all, a really happy experience, with friendly staff. The waiter who served us in the evening was really patient with our questions and attempts to speak French, despite being really busy.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel familial, calme et confortable.

Personnel très sympa, on se sent comme en famille, on est bien accueillis, on a été arrangeants avec nous, nous avons pu échanger le déjeuner contre le dîner pour la semi-pension et c’est très bon, le petit déjeuner est cool aussi. C’est un peu vieillot et la chambre est petite mais c’est très confortable, je pense revenir à mon prochain séjour à Cabourg.

Des vraies portes dans la salle de bains peut-être.

hôtel restaurant en travaux, chambre prévue au 1er étage, mais retrouvé au 2éme, pas facile d'accès. lumière dans la soit disant salle de bain, si on fait pas 1 m70 pas moyen d'allumer, toilette on se retrouve avec la figure dans le porte manteau, douche vaut mieux pas en parler, une seule lampe de chevet qui fonctionne, et je parle pas de la télé donc vu les travaux pas question de manger, et un propriétaire qui vous reçoit le téléphone collé à l'oreille, pourquoi prendre des réservations dans ces conditions

La proximité de l'hôtel en centre-ville. La restauration, nous avons bien mangé.

Un cabinet de toilette et des wc étroits. L'odeur de cigarette arrivant dans les wc. Aucune isolation, on entend les voisins ronfler et discuter. Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer.

Malgré un emplacement idéal et une literie confortable, une nuit suffit car il faut bien se doucher.

Situation centre ville - lits confortables - qualité des croissants au PDJ.

Absence d'accueil, absence de SMS concernant le Check in (contrairement à l'habitude). un seul N° de tel disponible sur les 4 affichés. Taille des douches (impossible d'y entrer si vous êtes grand ou rond). interrupteur, une fois trouvé, à plus de 2 m de hauteur. Absence de sèche-cheveux et de prise électrique (ch. 212 une seule à l'entrée).

Bon séjour

Cet hôtel nous a ramené 40 ans en arrière, pour notre plus grand plaisir, hôtel plutôt familial, ce qui change des chaines très impersonnels, chambre calme, WC et douche. Fac eau marché et avec un balcon, table, chaises et transat. Bons petits déjeuners à la française. Hôtel près de la plage et du centre ville. Pas mal de restaurants tout près de l'hôtel, le menu du restaurant sur place ne nous convenait pas mais avait un prix très correct.

Bon hôtel familial sur la place du marché, à 3 minutes de la plage !

Hôtel très central (donnant sur la place du marché - mais on n'a pas été dérangé par le bruit), à 1 minute de la rue principale et 3 minutes de la plage. L'accueil est gentil et prévenant. Petit déjeuner simple mais bon. Aussi, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'avoir un large balcon !

La salle de bain n'est pas séparée par une vraie porte de la chambre. On entend tout et la lumière peut gêner.

Le petit déjeuner était assez bon avec une boisson chaude, un verre de jus, un croissant ainsi qu’un bout de pain avec du beurre et de la confiture. L’hôtel est bien situé.

La salle de bain avec les WC sont séparés de la chambre seulement pas une porte battante ! Pas trop d’intimité…. Et assez étroite (voir photo)

Seul point positif l emplacement

L emplacement de l hôtel est son atout

Aucune insonorisation nous entendons les voisins parler et se doucher, confort vétuste, hôtel vieillissant, armoire avec des portes qui ne tiennent plus, la lumière des toilettes est un détecteur résultat la nuit elle reste allumé pendant 15 minutes ce qui est dérangeant car ce sont des petites portes battantes entre la salle des bains et la chambre. Camion de la ville qui nettoie les rues sur le petit matin mais a cause d une mauvaise insonorisation il nous reveille ! Petit déjeuner light avec 1 croissant et un petit bout de pain, et pour couronner le tout une alarme incendie qui sonne à 8h30 mais le personnel ne prends même pas le soin de monter dans les étages pour signaler une fausse alerte !
