Lokalizacja w centrum miejscowości tuż przy głównym deptaku jakieś 40m. 250m do plaży morskiej Z 500m do jeziora.
Właściciel bardzo wyrozumiały i pomocny Wczasowisko jest swego rodzaju atrakcją w miejscowości..
