The location, the size of the flat and the decor. Quick and easy check in and out. Good communication with the host. The flat is located close to the centre of the city (walking distance), shops and restaurants. There is a filter coffee machine and some coffee and sugar was already there available to use.
It would have been better if there were more towels available. We only had two bath towels to use so there weren't any to use to dry hands. Also, the bed sheets were made of polyester rather than cotton which is my preference for bed linen. I have no more suggestions to give about this flat. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back.
