Great place to stay when doing the Diamond Circle ring road - unfortunately we only had one night but would like to have stayed longer to enjoy the place further

The reception is supposedly open until 1:00 AM, but when the hair dryer in our bedroom stopped working, we couldn’t reach anyone for help. There was no reception staff, no room service, and no one answered despite calling multiple times from 11 PM. In the end, I had to go to sleep with wet hair. The next morning, the staff who were shoveling snow in the parking lot piled the snow around our car, making it impossible for us to move. When I asked the front desk for help, the only response I got was “sorry” and an offer to borrow a shovel. No one came to assist, even though the situation was clearly caused by their staff. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast was good (KRW 45,000 per person). The restaurant staff were also kind. However, the lack of support and responsibility from the hotel staff made the experience very disappointing. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to others.
