About this house rental
NEW 3 night minimum. Locally decorated professionally. Beds for 6 .This single-family 1 floor with minimal steps, cozy home by the sea is 2 blocks from the beach , just a 5 min walk, 12 houses in from the beach 1.5 blocks (cart included!). Brand new cedar impressions siding and organic wood deck that is large enough for a yoga namaste moment or a book read.
Not a shared unit in or split unit rental home, rent the WHOLE single level , extended room house. 3 bedrooms, plus Den, Living room couches.
Fenced in front and back yard, propane grill! Enjoy the white sand on the spacious island beaches of Brigantine. Guaranteed parking for 3 plus indoor storage for you valuable bikes in a lockable shed you access! The extras go on and on. Bocce balls upon request. All forms of boating, fishing and sports activities are on the island. The beach near us where the lifeguards enter the beach area, volleyball and yes, port-a-potty at entrance of beach . We are within walking distance to grocery, liquors stores, as well as, Dunkin, Acme, Wawa, CVS, Jersey Cow, Santuccis, Primo, Aversa, Richmans ice cream, Ernest & Sons (Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) Tiki Taco, just to name a few !
Just a short walk or bike to the recreation complex with mini golf for the little one, Bocce (court named in honor of my Uncle Dom), pickleball, basketball, skate park, tennis, and free evening beach yoga. LINKS golf course, miniature golf, fishing, boating, and surfing. BIKING A MUST, bring your own or rent ! Tanger Outlets, Atlantic City Casinos, and Boardwalk, Ocean City and Vineyards, local colleges, all a short drive away.

Highly recommend! Excellent host, walk to the beach and town, great for families! Jennifer was a superb host. She gave us lots of recommendations for food and things to do, saying no question was too small to ask. The welcome bag and card was a nice touch too. She even offered to extend our stay for free due to bad weather, but we opted to check out late afternoon instead. The property was in great condition, clean and fully stocked. We especially appreciated the beach wagon and chairs - always a hassle to bring your own. Table and chairs for the yard, a grill, and yard games were there too so we could cook and hang out as a family without having to eat or order out every night.Highly recommend booking this home with Jennifer!

Immaculate and charming home in great location! Comfortable furnishings and terrific layout enabling communal gathering and privacy. Host is friendly, highly responsive and accommodating. We loved it! Highly recommend!!

Excellent stay. Place as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Place deceivingly big. Beds comfy. Loved having private back yard. All rooms plenty of space. 2 living rooms. One floor living was nice. Driveway for 3 cars and off street parking. Walking distance to Jersey cow and tiki taco. Both great. Walked to beach. Will definitely stay again. Great communication with host too. My family was 3 adult couples and all enjoyed very much. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Great house. Plenty of room for the family. Fully equipped with everything we needed for the week. Beach badges were nice to be included. Great location. Very convenient for all.
