House features all new flooring, paint, kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as new furnishings and decor. All 3 bedrooms have on suite bathrooms with an additional first floor half bath. One block off the beach and close walking distance to many Brigantine amenities.

Wonderful clean place to stay with a fantastic location! Short walk to the beach. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus! Owners were great to communicate with and check in was suer easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house, really comfortable and I highly recommend it! Great that all 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Notes: the Master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and doesn't have a door - it's just kind of open to the stairs (the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor). If you use AC and like to have a blanket handy for the couch, bring one because there aren't any.

We had the best time ever staying here. The house was very clean. The white noise machines, outlet covers, and two cribs/pack and plays were a nice touch to keep our kids safe. The house is so close to the beach. Communication with the owner was perfect. Book this house bc you won’t be sorry!

We stayed at this house over the summer with my husband, 2 kids, and brother in law and sister in law. The house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and very clean. The location is fantastic, about a block from the beach and the shed is stocked with all of the beach items you will need. You do need to bring your own blankets, which was a little tough as there is one of every size bed in the house. We ended up buying some throw blankets at home goods.
Overall a great house! We would definitely rent again.
