About this house rental
This 44 m² maisonette + 20 m² terrace facing the swimming pool + 15 m² private patio is located in our large garden. It is ideally located (5 minutes walk from the tram (France Alouette station) and the bus stop leading to Bordeaux center in 30 minutes, 1.5 km from Pessac train station leading you: either in 7 minutes Bordeaux train station is 45 minutes in the center of Arcachon, 10 minutes from the airport). It benefits from a wooded and peaceful environment and could be the starting point for the discovery of the magnificent Bordeaux region. 1 of the 2 TVs has many channels: Canalsat (English and American channels), Bein sports, Canal +. The swimming pool can be shared with the owners (if they are not on vacation) but their presence remains short and discreet. Possibility of washing and ironing your laundry (for a small supplement). CHILDREN ARE NOT ACCEPTED SUMMER WHEN THE POOL IS IN SERVICE.

We had a very nice stay here.
The maisonnette has all you need and is nicely decorated.
It is close to all necessary shops and on a good location to visit places. Your car can be safely parked on the property.
We also enjoyed the swimming pool with sunbeds and had nice evenings on the terrace.
Our little dog Elliott was also very welcome and had the time of his life running around the pool and property.
And last but not least we want to thank Nicole, who is a lovely host and provides you with very useful information.

This was my second time staying at this property.. Very good experience...very good host...very safe and clean and private...I will happily stay there again. Thank you Nicole !!!

Wow how lucky were we to have booked this lovely accommodation
We stayed for two nights on our way home from a road trip so that we could see Bordeaux
The cottage is in the garden of Nicole’s Home. It is small but perfect for two people. It has a full functioning kitchen, nice if small shower room, comfortable seating area and a very comfortable bedroom. There is also a private little garden complete with hammock. The front of the cottage has patio doors that open onto a swimming pool which we did not use as not brave enough (not currently heated but I understand that is going to change next year)
Nicole corresponded with us right from the start and gave us a lovely welcome with a gift of nice local products. There was also a surprise breakfast which we were not expecting of gorgeous local bread and pastries.
A five minute walk takes you to the tram stop which takes you into the heart of Bordeaux in 40 minutes and we purchase a 24 hour ticket which was good value at 4.00 euros.
There is a local supermarket within 5 minutes walk and also a very nice French restaurant which we hope to visit next time
We had a great two night stop and hope to return next year for a longer visit.
Nicole is so very welcoming and we were overwhelmed by her generousity my husband was also very pleased with the safe parking.
Thank you Nicole for looking after us we are in our way to Reims now so will raise a glass to you and hope to see you next year.
