L’appartement est refait à neuf et très propre. Tous les équipements sont parfaitement utilisables.
Le seul point « négatif » seraient le sommier et les oreillers qui sont un peu durs. Mais la literie reste néanmoins très accessible pour passer un très bon séjour.

Immeuble calme. Parking facile au pied de l'immeuble. Propreté de l'appartement. A 800 m du centre et de la gare de Pessac avec tram direct pour le centre de Bordeaux en 20 mn ainsi que train direct pour Arcachon depuis la gare de Pessac
Appartement duplex au 3e étage avec escalier extérieur. Seul le niveau séjour-cuisine est climatisé, le niveau chambres ne l'est pas.

J'ai aimé le fait que l'appartement ait deux chambres complètes. L'appartement était chaleureux et propre.
Le remboursement de la caution de 250 euros a eu lieu 9 jours après mon départ. C'est la seule chose que je n'ai pas aimée, sinon tout était parfait !

Mieszkanie przytulne 2 pokoje salon z aneksem kuchennym łazienka u toaleta. Pokoje znajdują się na piętrze. Mieszkanie całkiem wygodne dużo światła.
Niestety mieliśmy problem z kaucją. Za zniszczony korkociąg i zarysowany blat zostaliśmy policzeni na 80€ (walczyliśmy bo chcieli zabrać 250€) trzeba uważać. Jest jedna tabletka do zmywarki i jedna tabletka do pralki 1 papier toaletowy, co wydaje mi się całkiem śmieszne.
