Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh- All inclusive

We stayed as a family of five with two daughters aged 6 and 7. Our spacious accommodation had two separate rooms each with its own bathroom – perfect for privacy and comfort. The Aqua Park is excellent for children and adults , with many pools and slides . Note that some larger slides require a minimum height of 120 cm. The Neverland Show is an impressive international-level production. The hotel also provides a shuttle to its beach with a restaurant – check the shuttle timetable in advance. Above all ... the service was outstanding . Special thanks to Mohamed Gouda , Reception Manager; Abdallah and the reception team , Zaki Mohamed Lifeguard Manager, and his team , and Osama , Room Service Manager , for their exceptional care and service. The food has improved significantly since our previous stay, with excellent variety and authentic local desserts. The hotel, pools and public areas were very clean and well maintained. Day visitors from other hotels can also enjoy the Aqua Park for approximately $55 per adult and $27 per child, including food and towels, with lockers available for a small fee. We also noticed that the hotel is developing a new area next to the main building, and we are curious and excited to see what new facilities and improvements will be available in the future.

Wi-Fi was stable, but download speed was limited , especially for guests who use streaming or a TV box , most TV channels were local , TVs can accept USB HD for playing movies from home. Pool-towel policies in Sharm can be strict, so keep track of your towels and towel cards, as a missing towel may result in a charge. neither of these of this small points affected our overall excellent experience.

Would prefer to have more professional behavior from the SPA reception team, avoid trickery and manipulative behavior in their dealings.

The beds were comfortable, however there is insects fly insects indicates the cleaning is not good , the staff need reminders a lot I stay for 6 nights however he bring to me shower gel at the last day after highlighting much time. There was issues in the room toilet , yes it’s resolved but indicates poor maintenance
