1. The property location is at the most happening place of Kolkata. The property is at a quiet and peaceful location so there is no disturbance from the environment. 2. Park station metro is walking distance (1 Km). Major fine- dine restaurants, bars, luxury shops, famous eateries and sweet shops, most iconic places are nearby. 3. The property owner (Mrs. Sajni) interacts with every guest understanding their needs and advice accordingly. She is a very good art and antique collector. The property is decorated with choice. She even ensured that I get something to eat in the wee hours since I had to leave early to the airport. 4. Home assistant (Mr. Baleshwar) is always available to assist to pick the luggage, prepare breakfast, tea on arrival etc. 5. Room is very large and offer the comfort of huge king sized bed, internet TV, city view, very good chilling AC, writing table, huge cupboards, electronic safe to keep your valuable items, bath towels, hot water shower facility, laundry. 6. I will stay in this property if I re- visit Kolkata. 7. I will award 10 out of 10 points.

1. Low pressure of tap water which I rectified myself by cleaning the filter. 2. Kitchen is very small but enough to prepare food. 3. Property is at 6th floor while elevator goes upto 5th floor. Have to climb few steps. This is manageable. 4. There is actually nothing that I did not like. Point 1 to 3 are very minor and not concerning.

Breakfast was great. We could order what suited us . We could request for a hot cup of tea when we got back in the late afternoon. This was free of charge . A very hospitable experience and we were relaxed.

The shower in the single room . It needed the pressure pump to be switched on for the shower to work. Which is fine but this was not informed when we checked in . I was told only on the day we checked out .

The property is in perfect location, clean and spacious and the Sajni the host is incredible. Gave us so many recommendations for places to explore and where to eat, organised for a driver for the day which was perfect to see the city! Baleshwar was also great, always available to receive us at the property and made a fantastic breakfast. The room is very comfortable with great air con too. Felt very safe and looked after!
