房間內非常潮濕，冷氣始終不涼、除濕也無效果，以至於睡得很不好。

1、夜間接待的房務人員態度奇差，臉很臭之外，不回應對話只自顧自地唸稿，而且速度超快根本聽不懂。晚餐垃圾包好請她幫忙丟掉以維護整潔，她一個字不說、面無表情只接過去，令人問號。 2、停車場是入住口，標示不清楚，以為入口和停車場是分開的，還先在入口下行李才去停車，加上路很小，只夠一台車通過，錯過後也難以倒車，加上雨天視線不佳，很危險。明明入住時有大電話確認時間，應該順便向住客說明一下。
