Great and responsive service from the staff who replied instantly to our various requests. Good breakfast recommendations nearby from staff, including a supermarket and convenience stores. Space is ample for a comfortable family stay and well equipped.
Some rooms did not have a heater and can be cold during winter.

Very spacious and clean. Nice lighting throughout the entire floor. We had great time. Many thanks for the stuff who give us a lots of support that made our trip more pleasurable.
No elevator, so plan light weight luggage, or multi smaller cases. Over all it’s not bad, it’s a manageable issue.
