This is a landed property. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the surroundings were quiet, which made for a peaceful night's rest. Checking in and out was easy and the host was very responsive. Parking is available on the premises for a small fee. The house is located a short 10-minutes' drive away from 1Utama shopping mall.
We parked outside the house. On Saturday morning, the rubbish collectors threw the rubbish bags over our car to the rubbish truck, and one bag landed on top of the car, dirtying it.

The communication and response were super good and prompt. The cleanliness is remarkable. However we got room was 2A and it was very warm (probably facing East-West) especially in the day and even in the night
The aircon was not cold enough, quite uncomfortable for us. Also if you have many bags or heavy luggage, you have to lug them up a flight of stairs. That can be difficult for some people.
