    When we lodge in, no one told us about paying extra money even though we asked . Checking out and asking to Pay unplanned fees is outrageous. I felt like is a scam, you could have told me when I checked in and I could pay not after holiday when you are almost out of cash. This I don’t find comfortable. Hope it will change and you could be more transparent. Thank you
