Everything seemed quite clean and tidy, location was good.

24/7 hotline is completely incapable of providing any support. After some struggle with entering the premises, tried to call the given phone number. After few navigational clicks on the phone, automatic Polish voice ends the communication without any reach of an actual human. Therefore, support was non-existent. Besides that, everything went fine

Appearance in general of clean. Location I wanted. Looks modern. Auto checking super easy and great instructions. Fast replies in WhatsApp in English being extremely convenient.

I was there for a short stay (3 days, 3 people), for an apartment that calls themselves "Superior" and high price it has outside of city center, I found it really strange and disappointing that they wouldn't give me more than 2 toilet papers. It is the first time it happens to me in an apartment and others were more modest and cheaper. Also no air refresher or candle or anything and they wouldn't provide it . Not a superior experience expectation... There is something on the walls of the bathroom that leaves some drops marks and makes it feel dirty while I think (guess? Hope?) it wasn't. I mentioned in WhatsApp and they replied quickly that they'd check the option of additional cleaning. That was good however I missed any follow up from the person managing this. I saw part of the issue was solved when I went back the apartment. I am sure they will fix this soon, but again don't tell me superior apartment.
