    Considering there are no many choices around, this one the good place, and we've got the room upgrade because they have the wrong description here(in the description was the balcony in the room type we chose, but appeared it was wrong)

    We booked this hotel just for one night because we missed the last ferry to Cat Ba Island. It is a basic hotel and that is reflected in the price but it had a nice bed, air conditioning that worked and was clean. Overall it was a good value and did the job for our purposes.
