Hotel je na krásném místě uprostřed přírody. Nevyužily jsme wellness, ale vypadalo krásně, úplná oáza klidu, krásné výhledy a nejspíš je to výborný relax na tak krásném místě. Hotel nabízí půjčení grilu a zakoupení špekáčků/masa, tím pádem si můžete grilovat na zahrádce, nebo kdekoliv v krásném areálu, který nabízí několik klidných a romantických míst. Bohužel bylo dost chladno a pršelo, tak jsme možnost zapůjčení grilu nevyužily.

Apartmán byl dobře vybavený. Neodtékala sprcha, tím pádem se během chvíle koupelna zaplnila vodou. Okno v ložnici nejspíš špatně těsnilo a zatékalo dovnitř. Bohužel zde není restaurace, jen bistro a výčepní automat na pivo, limonádu a frizzante. Chtěly jsme si natočit frizzante, ale bohužel došlo. Na recepci nám vrátili peníze a poslali nás do bistra. V bistru jsme byly s kamarádkami kolem 13:30 hodin v sobotu a utopenec ani polévku, kterou nabízeli už neměli. Tak jsme si chtěly dát grilovaný hermelín a klobásu abychom si zkrátily čekání na přívoz a obsluha nám řekla, že budeme muset čekat půl hodiny, jelikož mají plný gril. Obsluha byla dost odměřená. V okolí není možnost kam se jít pešky najíst, stánky byly zavřené, jediná možnost je jet autem do vedlejších vesnic, nebo přívozem do Horní Plané, kde už je to trochu lepší. V apartmánu je dost vše slyšet z vedlejší i horní místnosti. Měli jsme terasu, ale nebylo tam vůbec soukromí. Od terasy vedle nás dělil jen malý keř a z apartmánu nad námi jsme venku také vše slyšeli.

I actually liked everything about the hotel and wanted to leave 10/10 review. The location is amazing - near the lake, but secluded, however within reach from the beach and a town on the other side of the lake, which had much activities to offer. The nearby forests are full of trails, berries, you name it. The apartment was new, designed, didn’t lack anything, comfortable mattresses and pillows (for my husband the bed was not - too short, he is 185 cm tall, but I assume not all beds are the same there). On the premises the famous beer machine, pet corner, small pond with boat, lots and lots of space, great view (if you are on a 2nd floor in the main house at least). There is a bistro just a few steps away with basic but tasty food that operates in the summer and we spent our evenings there. We had an excellent stay.

On our checkout we were disappointed to discover that we had to pay an additional fee for two bed linens for our teenagers, who slept in the living room on a sofa. The original booking was for 4 people, so we weren’t supposed to have paid anything else. That was the only downside in otherwise perfect experience.

Room in the roof had minimal natural light and no view at all. Noisy as above the reception, kitchen noise starts before 7am. We had the reception phone ringing during the night and no one to answer it. Waiter service for evening meal very poor, you have to go outside to get yourself a drink, throw money in the machine and pour yourself a beer meanwhile the waiter brings your food knowing you’re not ready as you’re trying to sort out drinks. Food then lukewarm when served. Food service a rush job, all 3 courses served within 30 minutes. If I wanted fast food I’d go to MacDonalds.
