Experience the perfect getaway in this newly updated, two-bedroom, Sundowner II Condo. The Sundowner 2 complex is in an incredibly convenient Breckenridge location. It is in short walking distance to Main St. where guests can enjoy the shopping, dining, nightlife, and everything that the Breckenridge has to offer.
It is in walking distance to the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take guests right onto the slopes. At the end of the day, guests can also ski down 4 O’clock Run in order to get back to Sundowner II. The location makes it easy for guests to truly soak in the wonders of this lively, mountain town.
Sundowner II #124 is a stylish, newly updated condo. As guests walk into the unit, the main level is open and spacious, with the living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has three luxurious, leather sofas and one turns into a sofa sleeper for extra bedding. The living room has a cozy, stone fireplace and a TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar with extra seating. The dining room area sits next to the kitchen with enough room for the entire party.
The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, with a queen-sized bed, TV, Breckenridge views, and a private bathroom. The private bathroom has a jetted jacuzzi tub, shower, and vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well and a private bathroom. The private bathroom for the second bedroom has a newly remodeled, sizeable walk-in shower and a vanity. The main level has a half bathroom and the condo has an in-unit washer and dryer.
This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.
Please note this unit comes with one unassigned covered parking spot in the parking garage.
Sundowner II guests have access to the on-site hot tub and the Upper Village indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. The Upper Village Pool facilities is located next door to Sundowner II. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons

This condo is very spacious and comfortable in the main living area. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. Big comfortable dining table for eating and game play! There's a hot tub closely located to this building which was very nice.

Great location, close to Snowflake lift and Main Street, excellent customer service from Wood Winds, perfect spot for 5 adults on a weekend ski trip.

The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Our friends checked out 2 days early & we did one day early, as the 2 bdrm condo was showing it's age. I gave the Mgt. Co a list of 10 items & they refused to consider. Loud remodel construction noise below all week, dirty non washed & stained bedding on sofa, hot tub cold 1st day with pebbles in bottom all week, wall plugs loose that do not work, a front door lock that locked us out twice, even with my wife inside, no hand towels first 24 hours, no batteries for tv remote & burned out night light & then there is the parking. HOA rule allows one car, even though 8-12 spaces available nightly & more in underground garage. You must park 2 miles away in paid lot and shuttle back & forth. On the bright side the kitchen was well stocked and the TV's worked with Roku.
