Hari Niwas Guest House

Great location and the owners were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Gave us great tips on what to do and where to eat.

We didn’t particularly like the lack of windows in the bedroom but it did mean we had a quiet nights sleep. Which is unusual in India.

The personal treatment we got from the owners! They gave us a map and instructions on what to see and where in Udaipur, they always looked for us and were so nice!! The hotel is so beautifully designed and clean. Amazing place

I liked it all but we can use a Wardrobe

All I can say is wow, wow, wow! We originally booked 3 nights at Hari Niwas guesthouse but ended up staying for 6, and it easily became our favourite stay in one month in Rajasthan and UP. Priya and Deepu are such caring and lovely women, always chatty and smiley and keen to feed us or give us chai. I arrived in recovery from food poisoning obtained in Jodhpur and they both helped me with natural remedies to help my stomach recover. Breakfast was so delicious and plentiful and Priya even kindly shared some home cooked snacks with us. We just really enjoyed seeing them every day! The room was beautiful and really comfortable, plenty of seating areas and also the rooftop has a lovely view of the palace. All sites and restaurants were within walking distance and the train station for our departure was very close by too. All in all, a perfect place to stay in Udaipur and we would recommend to anyone, and hope to return one day soon!

Nothing - we couldn’t fault it!

We loved everything about this guest house but above allwas the kind service of the two sisters who own and manage the place. A great breakfast and lovely rooms. Attention to details and fabulous location. Do not miss it!!!

There is nothing not go like
