V koupelně není žádný závěs nebo zástěna sprchy, takže voda je po sprchování, byť je člověk fakt opatrný všude. Není zde mikrovlnná trouba. Rychlovarná konvice také chybí, ale plně ji nahradí indukční sporák, vaří rychle.

Top Lage: 5 min zum Strand, 2-3 min in die Fußgängerzone, Supermarkt um die Ecke, 10 min zu Fuß in den Luna Park; Sehr ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Fußgängerzone; Großer Balkon, Lift, Parkplatz;

Es war nur grob sauber gemacht. Boden war in jedem Zimmer dreckig. Im Spülbecken in der Küche war Sand. Einrichtung und Ausstattung könnte ein Upgrade vertragen. Vorallem das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche (Aufpreis) sowie Klopapier sind nicht vorhanden. Wände sind sehr dünn und die Nachbarn über uns leider sehr laut trotz Hinweise auf Nachtruhe.

Great location close to the beach and the town main street full of restaurants and shops, however still far enough not to be noisy. Voucher for a beach umbrella with a sun bed and chair. Big balcony. Quick check-in/check-out.

Difficult to set a desired water temperature of the shower. No electric kettle (water needs to be heated up in a pot).

Espresso maker could be replaced since already quite old and happens to have issue with producing pressure if not closed really tightly. When taking a shower it is difficult to set desired water temperature. Blunt knives.
