localization is great, 5 minutes to the beach apartment has all basic equipment in the kitchen, also for coffee check in is very simple and fast helpful personal was always in contact with us via booking chart and responded quickly good value for money in September (out of season)
very poor sound isolation but in general it is pretty quite area, not huge problem for us personally slow internet connection great balcony but really missed the umbrella, very hot to sit there in the morning apartment don’t have any bed linens and towels but we have everything with us in advance you need to clean the apartment after your stay

Great location, very closte to beach and amazing restaurant Blu Marino (best in Bibione). It was nice and quiet, there was climatization and everything we needed.
Missing supplies, like soap for washing dishes and toilet paper.
