In the district of Cumbre del Sol 7 km from the centre of Moraira, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool. Private: beautiful terraced garden lawn. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking, public parking on the road. Supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 6 km, railway station "Teulada" 9.5 km, ferry "Denia" 25.1 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 7 km pebble beach "Cala Moreig" 2.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und vollständig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr gepflegte Poolanlage in 2 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn noch ein Ausblick auf das Meer oder das Bergtal möglich wären, wäre es perfekt. Unkomplizierte Buchung und Abwicklung mit bestem Service bei Fragen

Location magnifique avec un mobilier simple et très jolie Une vraie sensation de vacance et de bien être Nous déplorons simplement que pendant notre séjour, interhome, ne nous a pas informé des travaux à quelques mètres de la résidence très très bruyant ... dommage Le coin est magnifique entre mer et montagne, cumbre del sol est à faire à tout prix
