Una ubicación excelente

La cubeta de desagüe del aire acondicionado estaba rota ,el mismo día lo avisé para que la reemplazarán y no vinieron a cambiarla ,

Property is large, clean and beautifully furnished. Balcony is large with beautiful views of the coast. Supermarkets are a couple of minutes walks and lots of restaurants just a few minutes walk from the property. The Tourist bus/ train is just opposite the property, therefore you can go to the old town of Calpe.

Parking, the garage is too small for a large car and parking is not included in the price. Fortunately we were able to rent parking from the adjacent hotel.

This is a very spacious beautiful apartment right on the beach with everything you could need to live in full time! Everything was spotlessly clean, with lots of towels etc, the kitchen has everything you ever want to cook any meals with things like condiments in the cupboards. The terrace has nice modern future and of course amazing views across the beach.

Check in on my booking said 3pm. When we arrived at 1pm we were told check wasn’t possible before 4pm. Communication on how to check in wasn’t great at all before arrival, I had to keep calling the front desk to be given another number to call to get the keys. Eventually the guy came at 4.30pm to let us in to the apartment. We had nowhere to store all our luggage while waited which isn’t great with two small kids when it’s very hot. If check in is at 4pm then this should be specified on the booking. The air conditioning unit has a water run off pipe that goes in a tray underneath that you have to empty. If you have the AC on all day then you will have to empty this tray 3 or 4 times a day! Or have a wet slippy terrace and annoyed neighbours underneath. It could do with another AC unit on the other side too really as the living room will be quite cool but not really the bedrooms although they have ceiling fans it’s still very warm in August.

La terraza y sus maravillosas vistas, tiene un salón muy amplio. La cocina no le falta ningún detalle en utensilios.

Para lo bien que está el apartamento pienso que la TV necesita ser renovada, es muy pequeña para el salón tan grande que tiene y no tiene smart TV. También hemos estado un poco a disgusto con el aíre acondicionado con el que hay que estar muy pendiente para que no se desborde el contenedor del agua al vecino de abajo.
