Liberty Rome Apartment - Liberty Collection

Servizio di pulizia camera tutti i giorni anche se è un appartamento, disponibilità anche per il check-in infatti siamo riusciti ad entrare in autonomia anche dopo l'orario. Il quartiere è tranquillo e ad un passo dal Vaticano e San Pietro ma anche al centro città. L'appartamento è completo di stoviglie asciugamani phon e asse da stiro. Ci hanno dato anche delle cialde per il caffè e l'ultimo giorno si sono accorti che le avevamo finite e ne hanno messe altre, davvero un'ottima soluzione anche in famiglia noi avevamo due ragazzi. Ogni camera da letto ha la sua televisione. Aria condizionata e ventilatore. L'appartamento completo anche di un bel tavolo per mangiare.

Noi avevamo un bambino in sedia a rotelle e per raggiungere l'ascensore bisognava fare 10 gradini ma visto che riesce a fare dei passi se sostenuto non è stato un grande problema perché poi l'appartamento era accessibile a parte il gradino per entrare in bagno ma che non è stato assolutamente un problema.

The location was great, close to Metro, restaurants and groceries. The service from the staff was amazing, they stored our bags after check out and provided a bathroom and a space to chill while our transport arrived

Aircon only in the bedroom, so took a while for the living room to get colder

I like the area very much - it's a bit upscale feel, very clean, with restaurants with locals, etc. Apartment is in a residential building with several others on the same floor serviced by the same company. Company has a small reception at the ground floor of the same building where you can leave your luggage, ask for cleaning service etc. Apartment is quite clean and spacious, large windows - lots of daylight. decent TV in a living room is conveniently put in front of a sofa, has Netflix. There is a large grocery store in the same building with all you need. Kitchen is functional and you can cook.

To be clear - for ~100EUR/night it's a good deal in Rome. A few things compared to similarly priced apartments in other cities in my experience: 1)can improve "welcome" message after booking - it wasn't clear to me until I arrived if there is actually a place to store bags. 2) kitchen utensils could be renewed a bit - all is functional, but feel it's been there for a while. 3) although area is quiet, closed windows still let in a lot of sound. 4) there was no central heating, but they provided an electric heater for a living room, and enabled AC in a bedroom for a warm mode.

Posizione eccezionale. Reception accogliente. Ottimo servizio di pulizia giornaliera. Zona piena di servizi.

Scarsa manutenzione complessiva dell'alloggio. Molto vecchio. Arredi usurati. Divano letto terrificante. Muri scrostati. Piatto doccia crepato, lavandino con croste di calcare. Fornelli non funzionanti! pochissima disponibilità di stoviglie.
