Pensjonat znajduje się blisko głównej ulicy w Wysowej Zdrój. Niedaleko są dwa sklepy spożywcze oraz część uzdrowiskowa miejscowości. Do dyspozycji gości jest ogólnodostępna kuchnia. Dla rowerzystów jest przygotowany stojak na rowery. Dobre miejsce do wypoczynku jak również wypraw na słowacką stronę np. do Bardejova.
