Sehr gutes Frühstück, prima Lage, Zimmer groß und alles blitzsauber. Die freundlichen Besitzer kochen auch sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben unseren Kurzurlaub voll genossen.

Sehr schöner familiärer Dorfgasthof , gut gelegen zum Schloss Kobersdorf. Sehr gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit zum Abendessen, das ausgesprochen gut war.

Alles neu renoviert Zimmer geräumig

Ample rooms properly designed, bland but correctly furnished, all on the ground floor. Wide bathroom with good shower. Lights and outlets where they should be. Very comfortable bed. Good parking lot in the inner yard with lots of space. The rooms do not face the road, therefore they're free from traffic noise. Friendly check-in/out times. Good breakfast. I had dinner as well, and it was quite tasty.

Two main issues. First is NOISE: the building has a lot of echo and the slamming of doors is inescapable, even using earplugs. So, unless you're deaf, in the morning you'll be awaken by the first guest going for breakfast and slamming his door, followed by others, non-stop, until check-out time. Second, the PRICING INFORMATION on Booking.com is confusing and contradictory (deliberately so, I'd say; probably Booking.com's fault): when you book, the site says all fees and taxes are included; but then it turns out the "city tax" is not. So, the landlady asked me for those extra 1'50 €. And though she finally gave up, her attitude was self-righteous and plain rude, psychologically disturbing. Perhaps she was right in her claim, but it's not the guest's fault. Hers was the wrong way of approaching such problem. Oh!, one last negative detail: in the dining-room, I was reminded by the landlady to use a mask, which is ok. But then, her parents were also there, going up and down, in and out of the kitchen, without masks. Honestly, I don't mind: I'm not afraid of viruses. But rules should be enforced on everybody, not only on the guests.
