The location is ideal - the property has a private lake front - alongside the public gardens / park that run down to the lake from the cafe and shopping area. So it is probably the closest private lake front to the central area. Parking is easy on the street - much easier than using the free, dedicated parking spot, which I did not need to make use of. All mod cons you would expect, decent wifi, and for me, the essential coffee-pod machine.
The two TVs look great but only seem to show satellite channels, so could do with updating to smart TVs (or bring a Wifi USB streamer with you like Google Chromecast or Amazon fire stick).
