Sehr schöne Anlage unweit einer Badestelle.
Bei hohen Außentemperaturen inkl. Sonne, ist es sehr warm im Haus. Keine Klimaanlage, schlechte Isolierung und kein Sonnenschutz an den großen Fenstern.

The apartment was very clean and provided with all the facilities. It was easily accessible and comfortable. The sauna and the whirlpool were a very nice comfort. The lake view was beautiful, as well as the surroundings. We have been there only for two days to escape from the chaos of the city, and it was exactly what we were looking for. There is a supermarket not that far away, as well as some restaurants and cafes. If you arrive by train, there is a train station 15 minutes away (walking).
We stayed in the ground floor and the people in the apartment above us were a bit noisy.

The location was excellent, with beautiful nature and a cool lake. The cottage was also cool and beautiful as well.
The facilities in the cottage were not as I expected, for example, the TV was small, there was no blow dryer, etc.

This was not our first time here, we came already before COVID.
The house was really nice, very spacious and definitely would fit 2-3 couples or a couple with a few kids. It was just the 2 of us and a dog and the house was more than enough.
The spa in the bathroom downstairs was nice, although the water in the bathtub never got warm, but rather lukewarm, which for a spa is not great.
Unfortunately, this time around, we identified a few issues.
1. Not all costs are included/explicitly mentioned during the booking. In fact, after the booking (with no refund) we got an email that we would have to pay extra for water and energy consumed. This would have been fair, if the cost of it would be calculated fairly. For 2 days stay, we paid 75 Euro in energy... which is mind-blowing, as it was 2 people staying in the house and we didn't stay in the whole day with heating and sauna on. Unfortunately, it came across as a way for the residence to make extra money
2. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor in the flat
