Loved the countryside location as a change from our stay in Edinburgh. Enjoyed hikes along the country roads, easy access to Clava Cairns, the Viaduct, and Culloden Battlefield. Could take a taxi into Inverness for dinners, shopping and entertainment at Eden Court. Breakfasts were lovely, and enjoyed a sheepdog demonstration on the farm. A great experience of the Highlands area.
We chose not to rent a car, and it worked out fine with taxis. If I had more courage driving, having a car might have given us more freedom to explore the area, but what we saw and did was perfect. Grateful that the Battlefield Restaurant and Bar was only 1/2 mile walk away and served a nice menu otherwise our taxi bills would have been higher to get to lunch and dinner locations.

The farm was beautiful. Breakfast and service were 5 star!
The animals and sheepdog demo were fun to watch and interact with.
My only suggestion would be a memory foam topper for the bed and new pillows.
We loved our stay and would love to visit again.
The hosts were wonderful and kind.
