Just the cleanliness of the place, property management are arrogant and their service is substandard for the price being charged

No aircon Poor customer service from property management False advertising between actual outside area and pictures No gas in gas lighter for the gas braai Broken kitchen utensils As per property management "this is not a 5star hotel so they supply the bare minimum" 2toilet rolls,smelly bath towels, 4 of everything so as soon as its used it must be cleaned as there are no additional utensils or basics like coffee cups One black bag to last 6 days

It was the perfect birthday weekend away for me

This is a lovely holiday house right on the golf course - a lovely braai room is perfect for family gatherings and there is an upstairs deck with great views of the golf course. Double garage with remote door make access easy.

I had the most comfortable stay and I had a tortoise visit!

Very comfortable in every respect and well appointed with good quality appliances

If anything was missing it was just a large fan to cools things down.

Good value for money

This was our second stay at Bella Casa. The place has been done beautifully. Good flow from kitchen to lounge /braai/outdoor area. My toddler slept through the night as the beds were so comfy. The place had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Would definitely go again.

The bathrooms need an extractor fan in them. There was a bit of cold air coming into the house though the door by the garage. Other than that, perfect.

The apartment was great as we were a group of friends.

On the website showed a pool and we asked, we were told it's on the other side. The directions given to the apartment were not clear and there was no one to take us to our apartment.

Lovely stay and would love to come back.

Great location and enjoyed watching the wildlife walk past. We enjoyed the braai facilities as well as being able to make use of the estate amenities. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly residents. Felt secure.

Lots of admin to complete even for a short stay. We weren’t informed beforehand that there would not be any soap, shampoo, toilet paper (only 1 roll provided for our entire stay), tea, coffee, sugar, etc. Inconvenient to drive back to the shop just for those items.
