This was such a magical place. Maria is a lovely host. You can use the kitchen and lounge, each room is unique and beautifully decorated. The scenery is stunning! Walk up the mountain for the views, surrounded by mountains, clanging of cow bells and smell of woodsmoke. It is not near anything - no bars or restaurants, but there are in surrounding villages. I loved it. Perfect tranquil getaway.

Being a sole traveller I wanted somewhere where I would be welcomed as part of the family and this certainly lived up to that expectation. Host was warm and welcoming and, although clearly busy, we spent a great time preparing and eating together. Perhaps not to everyone's taste but it certainly suited me.
Parking was a bit tricky.
