Excellent location and reasonably priced. Just walk out the back and you are on the beach. Walking distance from many stores and restaurants yet was a very quiet part of beach for our family. Loved it here and plan to return!

This is an older home with older home issues. The beds weren’t terribly comfortable but the view is second to none. Before you rent, ask yourself if dealing with older furnishings, chipping paint, and well-used appliances is worth being right on the beach. As a fisherman, it was well worth it for me since I didn’t have to haul my gear very far. I think the home’s age and wear & tear is reflected in the price. We will rent here again.

If you are looking for a house right on the beach, this is it. We were secluded, but close enough to walk just about anywhere we needed to go. Can't say enough good things about the location of this house. However, it is sorely in need of updates. The screen door on the patio had holes in it. The deck had a board placed (not secured) over a rotted section. The showers need an overhaul. While the house was clean and close to the beach, it doesn't look like much money has been added back to it as a reinvestment.
