Friendly, helpful staff. Organised our brilliant driver.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed needed more pillows, which would be our only slight criticism.
The best thing about it is the location though! All of the tourist things, around the centre of Kandy, are within 5 minutes walk!

Excellent location (10 minute walk to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth) and incredibly friendly staff! This is a budget place, so don't expect anything luxurious, but it has everything you need- A/C, hot water, and you can see that the staff are working hard to make it as clean & nice as possible! The rooftop restaurant/bar is a wonderful space!
First, I must say thank you to the staff for the quick turnaround laundry even though the truck had just left before we arrived! Unfortunately, my 1 skirt never made it back. Just a heads-up for other guests to check before they leave the hotel, as I should have done...

The bathroom smelled very bad

Location was great, close to train station, restaurants and the temple. The staff were very friendly and helpful .
The room was very damp and mouldy, which made me have very bad allergies. There was water dripping from the ceiling. Although the location was great it was quite loud with the street, and I am a light sleeper unfortunately.
